Abstract

Un procédé permet d'identifier les épitopes de produits génétiques, spécifiquement le gène du rétinoblastome humain (Rb) et les polypeptides antigéniques correspondants. La séquence d'acides aminés présente une combinaison de faible solubilité et d'hydrophilie élevée. On a purifié par les techniques décrites des IgG anti-Rb à affinité et à spécificité élevées. On a utilisé ces IgG anti-Rb afin de précipiter immunologiquement et de produire des schémas de Western Blot associés à des protéines de Rb normales et anormales. Ce procédé et ces produits peuvent être utilisés dans différentes démarches diagnostiques.
