The present invention relates to a system of construction of continuous walls, of the type constituted by multiple prefabricated panels, the same or similar, juxtaposed together to form facades, ceilings, curtain walls and the like, comprising, where appropriate, a framework of support fixed to one or several elements-base of support, such as slabs or walls; fastening elements of the plates to the base elements or, where appropriate, to said support framework; and receiving means practiced in the plates and adapted to receive said fasteners of the plates.
Estado de la técnica.- State of the art.-
In all the systems and procedures for the construction of continuous walls of the type of the aforementioned, complicated hardware and devices are used that, without exception, limit the plate fitting to a position previously determined by the system anchors, without any possibility of making adjustments in any way.
For this reason, it is clear that operators who mount any continuous wall with a system conventional, they must be qualified enough not to incur measurement errors and must be capable of drilling the plates with absolute precision, so that they can be anchored accurately. Therefore, labor is expensive and slow and cumbersome assembly.
Another factor that greatly increases the known systems of construction of continuous walls is the cost of anchoring devices, mostly complicated and not very versatile.
In front of all these known systems, the system that constitutes the object of the present invention not only eliminates the aforementioned drawbacks, but also provides innumerable advantages, among which the following can be highlighted:
— Es de montaje sumamente fácil.  - It is very easy to assemble.
— Permite un ajuste continuo en sentido horizontal.  - Allows continuous adjustment horizontally.
— Ofrece una gran seguridad de anclaje.  - Offers great anchor security.
- It is much cheaper than known systems.
- You do not need very specialized labor at all.
- Allows the suspension of each plate to be elastic.
- Does not transmit vertical loads to the lower plates. In essence, the system object of the present invention is characterized in that each fastening element is constituted by a piece of U-shaped cross-section, provided at the ends of its lateral branches of respective flanges directed cantilever outward, according to an essentially plane parallel to the central branch of the piece, said central branch being provided with holes adapted to allow the passage of clamps or anchor bolts of the piece to the clamping frame or directly to the support base elements, and said cantilever tabs being intended to act as fasteners of the plates themselves, by their introduction into the receiving means of the plates.
According to another characteristic of the system of construction of continuous walls, object of the present invention, the said receiving means of the plates are constituted by slots longitudinally practiced in the edges of the plates, destined to receive in its interior the cantilever tabs of the elements of subjection.
According to another feature of the invention, and according to a second embodiment thereof, each fastening element is constituted by two pieces, each of which is provided with a vertical branch, provided with holes for fixing, and of a horizontal branch, endowed in its extreme portion free of a vertical flange, so that the first of said pieces has said flange directed upwards and intended to be inserted in the lower groove of a plate, while the second piece has said flange directed downward and intended to remain inserted into the upper groove of a plate, the vertical branches of both pieces being adapted to be fixed adjoiningly in a support framework.
According to another feature of the invention, said second piece is preferably subdivided into two similar half pieces, whose vertical branch is provided with a wide recess facing that of the other seroipieza, both recesses facing each other adapted to receive tightly a flat intermediate plate, provided of fastening holes, and an outer part, essentially flat and approximately equal in size to the set of the vertical branches of both semi-pieces and the intermediate plate, arranged to act as a pressing element for fixing said half-piece assembly and being arranged intermediate plate to a support framework, together with the vertical branch of the first piece.
Other features and advantages of the system object of the present invention will be apparent from the description that follows in relation to the attached drawings, which illustrate, by way of example non-limiting, an embodiment of the invention.

5, 6 and 7 illustrate three other sectional elevational views of many other applications of the system of the invention, according to a second embodiment thereof; Y
Figs. 8 and 9 are perspective views of two other applications of the second embodiment of the invention, with their components separated but in a correlative position of fit.
In said drawings and referring first to the embodiment represented in Figs. 1 to 4, it can be seen that the system of construction of continuous walls in question includes the juxtaposition of multiple prefabricated plates, the same or similar, and, where appropriate, a support framework of tubular elements 2 fixed to one or more base elements 3 of support, such as the slabs represented in the drawings.
For fastening the plates 1, the system comprises fastening elements 4, constituted by a piece of U-shaped cross-section, provided at the ends of its lateral branches 5 of respective flanges 6 directed outwardly cantilevered, according to an essentially plane parallel to the central branch 7 of piece 4.
Said central branch 7 is provided with holes 8 adapted to allow the passage of clamps 14 or anchor bolts of the piece 4 to the elements 2, or directly to the base elements 3 of support.
The cantilever tabs 6 are intended to act as fasteners themselves of the plates 1, by their introduction into receiving means of the plates 1.
Said receiving means are constituted by slots 9 longitudinally practiced in the edges 10 of the plates 1 and intended to receive in its interior the cantilever tabs 6 of the elements 4.
This system, which in itself is very concrete, allows a wide range of realizations, depending on the particular applications of the walls that you wish to build. Thus, for example, in Fig. 3 an embodiment is shown in which the plates have their end portions 12 on both sides of the slot 9 of equal length, which allows the application of flashing strips 11 to perform any aesthetic effects, while in Fig. 4 it can be seen that one of the plates 1 has a portion 13 adjacent to the longest slot 9 that the other portion 12, which makes it possible to leave a gap 15 practically negligible between both plates 1, thereby hiding the support pieces 4 of the plates 1.
Normally a piece 4 is used to support the four corners of four different adjacent plates, but if the sizing of the plates requires it, several intermediate pieces 4 can be arranged.
This system allows easy horizontal regulation of vertical plates 1, so that the mutual adjustment of said plates 1 is very simple.
5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, it can be seen that the system comprises fasteners 4, consisting of two pieces 21 and 22, each of which is provided with a vertical branch 23, provided with holes
8 para su fijación, y de una rama horizontal 24, dotada en su porción extrema libre de una pestaña 6 vertical, adaptada para introducirse en una ranura 9 de una placa8 for fixing, and a horizontal branch 24, provided at its free end portion with a vertical flange 6, adapted to be inserted into a groove 9 of a plate
5, 6 y 7. 1. The vertical branches 23 of both pieces 21 and 22 are intended to be fixed contiguously in a support framework, as depicted in Figs. 5, 6 and 7.
This arrangement allows easy grading of the gap 15 between two vertically overlapping plates 1.
In addition, it also allows the incorporation of separation sheets 30 and water vents 31, in an easy and fast way and without the need for additional parts or support elements.
In the applications illustrated in Figs. 8 and 9, the second piece 22 is subdivided into two similar half-pieces 25, whose vertical branch 23 is provided with a wide recess 26 facing that of the other half-piece.
Both recesses 26 are adapted to tightly receive a flat intermediate plate 27, provided with fixing holes 33.
Likewise, an outer part 28 essentially flat and approximately equal in size to the set of vertical branches 23 of both semi-pieces 25 and of the plate 27 is arranged, said pressing element 28 acting for fixing said set of half-pieces 25 and plate 27 to a support framework, not shown, together with the vertical branch 23 of the corresponding first piece 21.
The described decomposition of the second piece 22 into two semi-pieces 25, allows to remove the tabs of the upper groove 9 of a plate 1, whereby said plate 1 can then be removed for replacement by another or for repair, without the need to alter the rest of the façade assembly.
Preferably, the tabs 6 may have incorporated elements that allow a better fixation to the receiving means of the plates 1, such as for example holes 29.
It is noted that everything that does not alter, change or modify the essentials of the system object of the present invention, may be subject to variations in detail.
In particular, the system has a wide set of mounting accessories that allow it to be adapted to a multitude of solutions, making it versatile, easy to assemble, economical and with a high aesthetic finish.
Describing sufficiently the nature of the invention, as well as the way of putting it into practice, it is stated that its essential characteristics are summarized in the following claims.
