Abstract

Device consisting of a dispenser in the form of a comb or a brush and an active ingredient preparation containing at least one component for revitalizing or setting hair in a concentration of 0.01 to 20 wt.%, referred to the total weight of the active ingredient preparation, and having a viscosity at ambient temperature of 0.9 to 12 mPa.s. The device permits specific and gentle treatment of the hair and scalp as well as economical hair conditioning.
