This suspension is suitable for a variety of forming operations, including, but not limited to: slip casting, drain casting, tape casting, and injection molding. A preferred typical solids concentration chosen is in the range of approximately 59 to 61 volume percent.

Abstract
Nouveau procédé de moulage basé sur l'utilisation d'une bouillie de particules situées dans une plage de tailles étroite, et contenant une fraction volumétrique de solides située juste au-dessous du point de transition rhéologique, de manière à permettre le déversement de la bouillie. Le retrait d'une petite quantité de fluide poreux provoque la solidification de la bouillie qui peut être séchée jusqu'à obtention d'une pièce à l'état vert avec pratiquement aucun rétrécissement au séchage.
