Description

The present invention relates to a fixing device for mobile prostheses in two distinct parts, one placed under the skin of the patient called "implant", the other fixed on a mobile prosthesis called "attachment bridge". This device makes it easy to apply any medical or paramedical prosthesis and any capillary prosthesis to the patient without final fixation, with all the guarantees of hygiene and safety. The object of the device according to the invention is to remedy the drawbacks inherent in other methods of mobile fastening, the implant being flexible and covered with precious metal and / or a polymer, to avoid any risk of rejection by the body of the patient. In the same way, the attachment bridge is also covered with a precious metal and / or an elasto era and a hypoallergenic cushion to avoid any dermatological risk. The number, shape and positioning of the device are sufficient to ensure perfect fixation of the prosthesis without risk of accidental tearing, while the force of attraction and the bearing surface of the parts in contact are calculated so as not to compress excessively the skin. The device which is the subject of the patent presents a marked improvement in current mobile fastening technologies, because while offering the advantages of an efficient, secure, practical and healthy fixing, it allows the instantaneous voluntary separation of the two parts for the operations of 'routine hygiene.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention seront mieux compris à la lecture de la descriptionqui va suivredes différents modes de réalisation et en se référant aux dessins annexés, sur lesquels on représente:Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows of the various embodiments and with reference to the appended drawings, in which:
Cette particularité de l'usinage présente l'avantage d'exclure tout risque de porosité des enveloppes 3 et 4 en métal précieux, et donne une finition laquée du disque 1, indispensable à son utilisation sous-cutanée.-FIG 1- Implant in the form of a flexible disc 1, composed of a central core 2 of ferrous metal, enclosed between two flexible envelopes 3 and 4 stamped in precious metal or covered with a resistant plating in precious metal and pierced with orifices peripherals 5. The disc 1 is welded by a waterproof cord, so that the central core 2 embedded between the two envelopes 3 and 4, indefinitely resists corrosion and chemical agents of the organism. Its shape and flexibility allow, once its implantation subcutaneous and thanks to its great dimensional stability, to obtain great comfort for the patient. To this end, the orifices 5 drilled right through the disc 1 are intended to improve the blocking of the implant, by allowing the development of collagen fibers of the connective tissue, thus eliminating the possible risks of displacement. -FIG 2- Section of the implant showing the disc 1, the central core 2, the two envelopes 3 and 4 and the peripheral orifices 5. During the welding phase of the two envelopes 3 and 4 with a weld bead, we use a carbon veil which avoids the fusion of metals, which thus remain well separated. This particularity of the machining has the advantage of excluding any risk of porosity of the envelopes 3 and 4 in precious metal, and gives a lacquered finish to the disc 1, essential for its subcutaneous use.
-FIG 6- Coupe de l'implant en forme de bande souple mince en métal ferreux 12.It is understood that all the parts of the disc 1 and in particular the angles and edges, are softened in order to guarantee maximum comfort for the wearer. -FIG 3- Implant in the form of a flexible plate 6, formed of a central core 2 of ferrous metal, enclosed in two elastomer envelopes 7 and 8. This plate which may have the shape defined in FIG. 3 or any other shape, has an anchoring hole 9 and a cutout marking 10, intended for the surgeon. This implant is manufactured in a continuous band, either cold using bands of preformed elastomers type si1icon crosslinked with interposition of the central core 2 and bonding with single-component silicone glue and pressing, or hot, using bands of elastomer type silicone uncrosslinked, with interposition of the central core 2, pressing and heating between 130 and 150 ° C until crosslinking of the elastomer by vulcanization In these two types of application of the product, the central core 2 must be treated beforehand adhesion primer, to make the whole perfectly homogeneous. The drilling of the anchoring hole 9 and the cutting marking 10 are then carried out directly on the implant strip. -FIG 4- Section of the implant showing the central core 2, and the two elastomer envelopes 7 and 8. -FIG 5- Implant in the form of a flexible thin strip 12 of ferrous metal covered either with a precious metal plating or with an elastomer coating resistant to the chemical agents of the organism. This malleable iron implant is easily formable by hand to conform to the contours of the patient's skull. -FIG 6- Cut of the implant in the form of a thin flexible strip of ferrous metal 12.
All these implants can also be manufactured according to other principles and in particular by the application of a collagen surface treatment intended to promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and yofibroblasts, which will orient themselves along parallel lines of mechanical tension. and along pressure lines. 5 -FIG 7- Representation of the geographic arrangement on a skull, flexible thin strip implants 12. -FIG 8- Representation of the geographic arrangement of implants covered with precious metal 1, on the patient's head 11. -FIG 9- Representation of the geographic arrangement of bands of implants covered with elastomer. 6 on the head 11. -FIG 10- Representation of an attachment bridge in the form of a plate or ring 13, composed of a micro-magnet sanarium cobalt iron and / or any other magnetic material.
This attachment bridge 13 is fixed either directly or indirectly on the medical or paramedical prosthesis, or on the frame of the capillary prosthesis carrying natural or synthetic hair by means of a mechanical fixing system such as: wire sewing, stapling, press stud or adhesive strip, or catchy strip A hypoallergenic cushion can be inserted between the attachment bridge and the skin for reasons of additional comfort. -FIG 11- Cross section of the attachment bridge in the form of a ring 13. -FIG 12- Cross section of the attachment bridge 13 in the form of a ring, comprising a bottom 14 intended to reduce the risk of deformation of the contact between the skin and mobile prosthesis . -FIG 13- Attachment bridge in the form of flexible strip 15, consisting of magnetic strips 16 glued, and carrying longitudinal holes 17 intended for attachment to the frame of the mobile prosthesis. -FIG14- Attachment bridge in the form of a flexible band15, consisting of a coating containing magnetic metallic particles18, and pierced with mounting holes on the mounts of the prostheses 17. These two types of flexible attachment bridge are easily exploited tables, the technician being able to cut his flexible strip 15 directly to the desired length, before it is placed on the frame. It is also possible to use with this system fixing methods, such as: sewing thread, stapling, snap button or adhesive tape.
The principle of the device is simple. The implants 6 and 12 placed under the patient's skin by the surgeon, after final healing of the incisions, the presentation of the attachment bridges 13 in front of the implants can be carried out. By simple effect of magnetism the two parts will be attracted one against the other, thus ensuring a permanent contact. The prostheses being fixed to the attachment bridges will be positioned durably, until voluntary removal of the patient for the usual care. The placement of the implants by a surgeon, requires only a benign intervention under local anesthesia, no rejection phenomenon being to be feared taking into account the quality of the materials used, therefore the purity must be close to 100%. We can for example, as we have already indicated, use an identical device to solve problems of external fixation of medical or paramedical devices, such as plastic bags, medical assistance devices, portable intravenous with dosing pump for injection of active products, medicated tablets pierced by "laser" and reserves with semi-permeable membrane which continuously diffuse the medical treatment of the patient.
The use of such a device is interesting for the modern medical world, because this . technique applicable to practically any part of the human body, allows the patient to undergo long-term treatments such as hormonal treatments for example, and / or the patient treated on a target organ, to limit or even eliminate any secondary risk on the organism. In addition, this technology eliminates for the patient, the always binding use of dermal bands, belts or straps. Finally, the invention is in no way limited to the means constituting technical equivalents and their combinations, but it also covers embodiments which would differ only in details, in variant embodiments or in the use of identical means.
It is thus seen, that many types of assembly can be retained.
A positioning template is provided to the surgeon according to the surface to be covered, so that he can easily place the implants on the patient. The surgeon can give an implant positioning radiography to the prosthetist, so that the latter can easily identify the arrangement of the attachment bridges 16 on the frames.
In another embodiment, provision may be made to fix the ferrous metal implants directly on the patient's bone table. It goes without saying that the use and implementation of the device is not limited to the means set out in the context of the claims which follow, if these are carried out according to the spirit, in particular as regards the fixing system magnetic and / or the shape of the parts described in the device.
