Abstract

La charnière décrite comprend une unité de liaison quadrilatérale non-parallèlogrammatique articulée autour de pivots et comprenant: un premier élément (11) disposé de façon à être fixé rigidement à un cadre de fenêtre fixe; un second élément (de montant) (12) disposé de façon à être fixé rigidement à un bord d'ouverture (tel qu'il est défini) d'un battant mobile de la fenêtre; un troisième élément de liaison court (13) relié de façon pivotatante entre les premier et second éléments et mobile entre une position fermée essentiellement alignée sur les premiers et seconds éléments et une position ouverte essentiellement sur le second élément uniquement; et un quatrième élément de liaison plus long (14) relié de façon pivotante entre les premier et second éléments et mobile entre une position fermée essentiellement alignée sur lesdits premier et second éléments et une position ouverte formant un angle par rapport aux trois autres éléments de l'unité de liaison; les troisième et quatrième éléments de liaison (13, 14) s'ouvrant dans la même direction de rotation entre les positions fermée et ouverte.
