Abstract
The refrigerant cell described is designed to receive insulin ampoules. Its size is such that it can accommodate ampoules of all European manufactures. The refrigerant cell is suitable for a refrigeration unit designed for mains and battery use.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kühlzelle mit Kühlguthorde für ein Insulin-Kühlgerät.The invention relates to a cold room with refrigerated goods tray for an insulin refrigerator.
Insulin in seiner gebräuchlichsten Form muß unter 15 C gekühlt aufbewahrt werden. Die Kühlzelle besteht aus einem Aluminiumhohlprofil mit den Innenmaßen 72x32x170 mm und einer Wandstärke von mm. Ein Ende des Profils ist mit einem Alumini¬ umblech von 2mm Dicke verschlossen. An der linken Seite mittig ist ein Peltierele ent mit Kühlblock an¬ geschraubt. Das Peltierelement ist beidseitig mit je einem 1C mm starken Adapter versehen um die Kühlzelle durchgehend mit 20 mm dickem extrodiertem Hartschaum isolieren zu können. Die Unebenheiten zwischen Pel¬ tierelement und Isolierung sind mit PVC-Schaumstoff abgedichtet. Die Hartschaumisclierung ist innen und außen mit Alufolie- als Wärme- und Feuchtigkeitssperr¬ schicht belegt. Zwischen Aluminiumhohlprofil und Hartschaumisolierung ist ein Luftspalt von ca. 3 m als zusätzliche Isolierschicht. Als Abstandshalter dienen selbstklebende Hartschaumstreifen. Die Luft¬ spalte am offenen Ende zwischen Isolierung und Alumi¬ niumhohlprofil sowie zwischen Isolierung und Kühlblock sind gegen eindringende Feuchte mit Silikon ausge¬ spritzt.The cooling cell consists of an aluminum hollow profile with the internal dimensions 72x32x170 mm and a wall thickness of mm. Die Abmessungen der Kühlzelle und der Kühlguthorde sind so gewählt,.daß Ampullen aller euro¬ päischen Hersteller verwendet werden können. An der Kühlguthorde befindet sich der Verschluß der Kühlzelle. Die Isolierung ist entsprechend. Der Luftspalt zwischen Kühlzelle und Verschluß wird mit PVC-Schaumstoff abge¬ dichtet. Die Arretierung des Verschlußes erfolgt über ein umlaufendes Magnetband. Sie ist verstärkt mit 4- Dauermagneten an den Ecken des Verschlusses.24 mm holes.
