1.)Behälter für Kosmetika in Stiftform , insbesondere für Lippenstifte , auf dem eine Verschlusskappe aufgebracht wird , bestehend zumindest aus drei Funktionselementen : ein Aussenkörper , ein Innenkörper oder Stiftträgerteller und ein äusserer und zum Innenkörper konzentrischer Zwischenkörper , wobei der Aussenkörper und der Zwischenkörper achsial solidarisch und gegenseitig drehbar sind , und bei dem der Zwischenkörper vorzugsweise aus zwei Teilen gebildet ist , wobei der im Aussenkörper unterzubringende Teil einen Aussendurchmesser gleich dem Innendurchmesser des Aussenkörpers und der den Aussenkörper überragende Teil einen Durchmesser vorzugsweise gleich dem Aussendurchmesser des Aussenkörpers ausweisen , dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass nur eine alleinige waagrechte Gipfelhöhenebene der Basis des Teiles grösseren Aussendurchmessers des Zwischenkörpers mit dem oberen Rand des Aussenkörpers vorgesehen ist , wobei diese waagrechte Gipfelhöhenebene mit Abstand von der Endebene des Zwischenkörpers gelegen ist , derart , dass die normalerweise zum Halten des Behälters in Auftragestellung des Erzeugnisses während dieser Handlung verwendeten Finger auch die beiden Körper untereinander gegen eine gegenseitige und ungewünschte Drehung verriegeln , u.zw. unabhängig von der Gesamtlänge des Behälters , wenn der Stift gebraucht wird .1.)
