Abstract

Invention and method in regard to casting and armament of building construction in concrete, and a preparation invented to accomplish the invented method. Method and preparation shall foremost be used in casting and armament of overpassing zones in building construction in concrete. Such as wall/ceiling, floor/wall, wall/wall. In carrying out this, it necessary to use bended armament element where the one arm (1), be moulded in the concrete, the other arm (2), is covered by a thick canvas (3), to hinder that concrete cling to it. Canvas (3), may also be used to secure armament element to boarding element.

Description

Method and arrangement for casting of concrete building construction.
We hereby submit an invention, method of casting and armament of buildingconstruction in concrete. Method and arrangement which is invented, shows that the work can be accomplished according to instructions.
Method and arrangement shall formost be used by casting and armament of overpassing zones in buildingconstruction in concrete, as wall/roof-floor /wall and wall/wall and continue of other concreteconstructions.
When buildingconstruction of concrete is to be undertaken, it is known by casting a bended armamentelement which is placed in concrete, such that the one arm of the armament- element, bends away from the concrete surface and serve as an armament in passing zones between the existing concrete construction and further concreteconstructions. Armament of this this type, will function as a connection between the two concrete constructions.
One problem in the use of such armament is,that the arm of the armamenteleraent which is bended away from the surface of the concreteelement, gets caught in the concrete, which results in the time consuming work of chisling which would be necessary for a desired result. It is also known from B.R.D. sc. nr. 3127087 to install some of the armaraentelement into a box, and in this way hinder this part of the armamentelement to come in contact with the concrete , when the armaraentelement bends away from surface of concrete. When this part of the armamentelement which is bended, is covered with a thick canvas, it will result that this part of the armamentelement does not come in contact with the concrete, and one avoids the time- consuming enisling of the armament. She desired result is obtained by a simple operation.
Patent requirement 1-3 indicate preparations which are necessary for the accomplishment of the patent requirement invented method.
Invention can be used in Industry, to produce boarding¬table with bended armamentelements secured such as described in patent requirement 4-6. Boardingtable of this kind must be arranged as part of boarding at the place where concrete construction shall continue, or it is placed on the inside of the head boarding, such that prefabricated boardingtables makes curve or a cut in the concrete construction surface. Prefabricated boarding tables of this type, may be cut short to fit the desired length.
Other features of the invention will be referred to by drawings: Fig. 1 describes bended armamentelement secured to a boardingelement seen at front.
Fig. 2 describes bended armamentelement secured to a boardingelement seen from side.
Fig. 3 describes bendes armamentelement secured to boardingelement seen from the end of boardingelement.
Fig.1 describes boardingtable(4) with bended armamentelement secured to this. This armamentelement include 2 arms, referred to 1 - 2.
Fig. 2 describes the same boardingelement with armamentelement, as of Fig. 1.
Fig.3 describes a boardingtable 4 with a bended armamentelement, where the one arm, 2 is secured to boardingtable 4,with canvas 3. The other armamentelement arm 1, protrude out from boardingtable 4. Fig. 4 describes how the invention is carried our. Boardingtable 4, is detached from concrete construction 5 the bended armament is anchored with the one arm in concrete, the other armamentelement- arm 2, is situated parallel with building construction surface. 6 describes an armamentelement-arm which is bended out from the concrete construction surface, and can later be used as armament in a new concreteconstruction as cast against the concreteconstruction surface 7.
The invention is not limited to above described methods, but can vary in different ways within the framework of following rules. It could be necessary to use armamentelement of differnt kind and sizes.

Claims

PATENT CLAIMS
1 Method of casting and armament of buildingconstruction in concrete, where the casting of concrete is arranged with a bended armamentelement such that the first armamentelementarm by incasting, is secured in the concrete, and that the other armamentelement-arm is placed parallel with the concrete surface. And there after the other elementarm bends out from the concrete surface and enters as armamentelement in other buildingconstruction surface. Characterized that the other arm to the armamentelements first arm be covered with a canvas, to protect the concrete from been fastened to the armamentelements other arm.
2.Method following requirement 1, is characterized by the armamentelements other arm, with thick canvas secured to a long boardingelement, such of wood which connects as part of boarding to the first buildingconstruction.
3. Method following requirement 1 and 2, characterize the boardingelement with armamentelement, placed such as making a curve in the first buildingconstruction surface.
4.Execution of requirement 1 describes a method including a bended armamentelement and a boardingelement, characterized by the one arm of armamentelement is fastened to a boardingelement with a thick canvas which is used to cover arm of armamentelement, around boardingelement.
5.According to requirement 4 characterized by several armamentelements fastened to boardingelement.
6.Preparation following requirement 4-5 is characterized by the canvas made of synthetic material, plastic etc.
