Abstract

Une machine de production de glace comprend un tambour évaporateur (20) monté sur un arbre aligné axialement et possédant de préférence une pluralité d'éléments en saillie en forme de doigts (10) partant du tambour (20). Lors de la rotation du tambour (20) le tambour (20) et les doigts (10) traversent un bain de liquide (11) et la glace se forme à la surface à cause de l'évaporation d'un réfrigérant liquide (19) contenu dans le tambour (20) et les doigts (10).
