Abstract

Un jeu pour deux joueurs ou davantage comprend une table de jeu opaque (1) pourvue de trous (3) et des fiches (5) passant au travers des trous jusque sous la table. Sur la table de jeu se trouve une maison (6) d'où l'on peut tirer une pièce (8) armée avec un ressort, par exemple une souris. Une corde ou ligne (10) est connectée à la souris et peut passer sous la table de jeu et zigzaguer entre les fiches pour se fixer à l'une quelconque des fiches à l'aide d'un anneau (11) attaché à la ligne. L'un des joueurs étend la ligne entre les fiches (5) sous la table de jeu. Dans un certain type de jeux, un autre joueur doit essayer de trouver le point de fixation (14) de l'extrémité de la ligne (10) sous la table de jeu en enlevant aussi peu de fiches que possible. Dans un autre type de jeu l'objet consiste à ne pas enlever aussi longtemps que possible la fiche à laquelle l'extrémité de la ligne est fixée. En observant tout éventuel mouvement vers l'avant de la pièce de jeu (8) lorsque l'on retire une fiche d'un trou de la table, il est possible de pister la fiche à laquelle l'extrémité de la ligne est fixée, même si la table de jeu est opaque et la ligne est passée sous la table. Ce jeu inconnu jusqu'à présent est divertissant et stimulant pour les adultes ainsi que pour les enfants, et est de construction simple.
