Description

Suppositorien mit Tamponeinlage Suppositories with tampon insert
Technisches GebietTechnical field
The invention relates to suppositories with tampon insert.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
Suppositories with pad insert come increasingly into use because they experience shows that compared to conventional suppositories without Tamponeinla- 'ge' have the advantage, not from- anal area to move in a molten state away into the rectum. Furthermore, the camouflage, pon insert favors a locally targeted absorption of the active ingredients.
Die Einarbeitung von Einlagen in Suppositorien bereitet technischeThe incorporation of deposits in suppositories prepares technical
Schwierigkeiten. Trouble. So far, only cylindrical suppositories with tampon inserts are on the market. A commercially available suppository with a tampon insert is produced in such a way that the suppository mass is poured into a cylindrical plastic sleeve which is tapered on one side. An approximately half-length folded gauze tube is then inserted into the suppository mass as a tampon insert. The two free ends of the gauze tube are stuffed into the plastic sleeve above the suppository mass. To protect against environmental influences, the suppository including the plastic sleeve is packed in a blister pack. When in use, the plastic sleeve is removed from the blister pack and the suppository is pulled out of the plastic sleeve at the free ends of the sleeve after having expediently obtained access to the gauze sleeve ends stuffed into the sleeve end by means of a pointed object. In the case of another cylindrical suppository, which is on the market and stuck in a plastic sleeve, the blister pack and the difficulty in use due to the access to the free ends of the gauze tube are avoided in that the ends of the gauze tube protruding from the suppository mass are wrapped around the open end of the plastic tube are and the plastic sleeve is surrounded in the wrapped part by a further diameter sleeve part, which is designed to be closable by a Schηappdeckel. For medical-anatomical reasons. has a torpedo-shaped suppository advantage in the patient. It. it is therefore desirable to provide suppositories with a tampon insert not in cylindrical form but in torpedo form. This is not possible according to the method of suppositories cast in plastic sleeves, since the suppository does not start without destroying the plastic sleeve. the free ends of the gauze tube can be pulled out. The object of the present invention was to provide suppositories with a tampon insert which are notable for their ease of manufacture and low packaging expenditure.

This object is achieved by the subject explained in FIGS. 1 to 4:
The two film parts 1 and 2 are welded together in area 3. Area 4 is excluded from the welding, so that the two film parts in area 4 form tabs which allow the welded films to be torn apart for the purpose of removing the suppository. The rear ends 5 and 6 of the two film parts are bent apart at right angles around the edge 7 and together form a surface perpendicular to the welded area 3, which serves as the basis for applying the sealing film 8 for closing the for receiving the torpedo-shaped suppositories and the cavities 9, 10 provided from the suppositories projecting from the suppository. After loading with suppository mass and introducing the gauze tube insert and sealing by means of the band 8, incisions 11 are made between the receiving spaces 9, 10 parallel to their longitudinal axes, which allow simple removal of individually packaged suppositories from the film strip before use.
Fig. 2 zeigt die Entnahme eines einzelnen Suppositoriums"12 aus einer abgetrennten Einzelpackung durch Auseinanderziehen der durch die Nicht- verschweißung der Folien im Bereich 4 gebildeten Laschen.FIG. 2 shows the removal of an individual suppository 12 from a separate individual pack by pulling apart the tabs formed in region 4 by the non-welding of the foils.
Fig. 3 zeigt ein entnommenes Suppositorium mit Tamponeinlage und am Eßά herausragendem Mullschlauch 13.Fig. 3 shows a removed suppository with tampon insert and on Eßά protruding gauze tube 13.

The invention relates to the suppositories with tampon insert characterized in the claims. The thermoformed double sheet is produced in a manner known per se. The two film parts are welded, for example, by high-frequency welding or by heat welding of film laminated with a heat seal layer. The liquid suppository mass is poured in the usual way by means of a metering pump into the thermoformed thermoformed double film. Connecting If the tampon insert is pressed into the still liquid suppository mass After the suppository mass has cooled, the protruding end of the tampon insert is stuffed into the cylindrical part of the receiving space. The film strip is then closed, for example by sealing with aluminum tape or by direct welding. The aluminum sealing tape or the sealing film can be printed for identification or coding. In order to make it easy to separate individual packaged suppositories from the film strip, the film strip is sawn or perforated between the receiving spaces for the suppositories, for example.
The invention makes it possible to manufacture suppositories with a tampon insert more simply and to provide them in a material-saving packaging which meets all hygiene and labeling requirements. In this packaging, the suppositories with a tamper-evident insert reach the patient in the original sealed manner for the intended use.
