Abstract

A star-connection-to-2-delta-connection conversion transformer for electric equipment. Conventional transformers were heretofore fabricated as a single unit. In this transformer, different voltages can be produced by connecting the secondary side of the transformer in two connections through the same magnetic circuit. This connection is so fabricated as to convert it to the connection adapted for the using purpose, thereby producing an optimum electric facility system with a transformer which is both energy-efficient and inexpensive to manufacture.
