Brosse a dents amelioree (12) comprenant un manche allonge (14) et une brosse (20) pourvue d'une base (24) et d'un support de montage ayant la forme d'un ressort a spirale (44) servant a relier la base de la brosse (24) a l'extremite distale (18) de la brosse a dents (12) de maniere a permettre un mouvement d'oscillation, de rotation et d'inclinaison de la brosse (20) par rapport au manche (14) lors de l'utilisation. Deux modes de realisation sont illustres.
