Abstract

Le procede peut etre utilise pour la fabrication de placage. Le procede de pliage de feuille metallique comprend le chauffage par etapes et le pliage par gravite. Le chauffage par etapes est effectue a l'aide de courant haute frequence, tandis que la feuille metallique est contrainte au prealable avec des moments de flexion diriges vers le cote plie desire. Le dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procede comprend plusieurs tiges de support telescopiques (25 et 26). Les tiges de support telescopiques (25) sont groupees en rangee le long des deux cotes de la feuille a plier, chacune de ces tiges portant a son extremite une tete de bridage a levier (34) pour saisir les bords de la feuille et y appliquer un moment de flexion, les tiges de support telescopiques (26) etant placees sous la feuille et utilisees pour soulever et supporter la feuille, et controler activement le pliage a l'aide d'un calibre du type a points forme par les extremites superieures des tiges et correspondant a la forme desiree de la feuille pliee.
