Abstract

Generateurs d'oscillations de pression actionnes par un gaz, du type a soupape a diaphragme, en particulier des emetteurs de sons actionnes pneumatiquement utilises dans le nettoyage des espaces internes de fourneaux, echangeurs de chaleur et appareils similaires au travers desquels des gaz s'ecoulent tels que des gaz de fumee chauds ou des gaz echappement provenant de reactions chimiques, tendant a former un depot de poussieres sur les surfaces. Dans de telles operations de nettoyage, des oscillations de pression, portees par un gaz, de frequence sonique ou infrasonique sont utilisees pour la mise en mouvement des poussieres de ce depot. Dans de telles applications il est necessaire de refroidir l'interieur du generateur d'oscillations de pression et de disperser les particules de poussiere afin de ne pas entraver ou mettre en danger le generateur. Un gaz d'evacuation a une pression sensiblement inferieure a celle du gaz d'actionnement est envoye a l'interieur du generateur d'oscillations de pression au travers d'une ou plusieurs ouvertures de gaz de balayage (16) dans le siege (7) de la vanne a diaphragme, lesdites ouvertures etant disposees adjacentes a la surface (10) du siege engage par le diaphragme (11).
