Abstract
Un sistema y un método para extraer y separar aceites botánicos y compuestos del material botánico sin el uso de disolventes, que tienen una sección de vaporización que está acoplada adicionalmente a un precipitador electrostático centrífugo para recogida y segregación. La sección de vaporización recibe el material botánico a través del cual se hace pasar un gas inerte de temperatura controlada para evaporar aceites o compuestos de temperatura de vaporización específica del material botánico. El vapor extraído pasa al precipitador electrostático centrífugo, en el que el aceite o compuesto se reduce de vuelta al estado líquido se recoge y segrega.A system and method for extracting and separating botanical oils and compounds from botanical material without the use of solvents, having a vaporization section that is further coupled to a centrifugal electrostatic precipitator for collection and segregation. The vaporization section receives the botanical material through which an inert gas of controlled temperature is passed to evaporate oils or compounds of specific vaporization temperature of the botanical material. The extracted vapor passes to the centrifugal electrostatic precipitator, in which the oil or compound is reduced back to the liquid state, collected and secreted.
