Abstract

Comprende unos depósitos (10) de aceites y/o grasas a tratar y (11) de alcohol ligero, unas bombas (3) y (4) que alimentan dichas materias a un recipiente tubular de reacción (30) de desarrollo sinuoso dotado de medios de calentamiento para mantener en su interior una temperatura supercrítica respecto al alcohol utilizado y una presión, para producir unas reacciones de esterificación y transesterificación, sin presencia de catalizadores de dichos aceites y/o grasas y alcohol, un intercambiador de calor (8) para calentamiento de los afluentes y enfriamiento de los efluentes de reacción y un depósito de despresurización (21) de los efluentes de reacción. La instalación comprende medios (22, 23, 28) para generar una agitación del producto de reacción a la presión y temperatura de reacción en uno o más tramos del recipiente tubular (30) que abarcan un sector del reactor previo a su zona terminal de salida hacia el depósito de despresurización (21).
