Abstract

Se describe una embarcación recolectora de petróleo, que dispone de un casco y una cubierta, las cuales conforman uno o más compartimientos internos, donde la carcasa comprende una proa o sección anterior, una sección intermedia, una popa o secci6n de cola y un conjunto recolector de petróleo, donde una o ambas secciones de proa o popa construidas tienen una envoltura de rastra inferior. El conjunto recolector de petróleo dispone de una primera y una segunda pared lateral separadas (SKEG) que se extienden verticalmente hacia abajo desde la envoltura inferior de la rastra, una placa inferior recolectora que se extiende y esta fijada a las secciones extremas inferiores de cada una de las paredes laterales (SKEG), donde la placa inferior recolectora comprende al menos una abertura de descarga en su secci6n de borde anterior y, un dispositivo de placa vertedora.
