Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una estructura absorbente adecuada para su uso en productos absorbentes descartables. Mas especialmente, la presente invención se refiere a una estructura absorbente caracterizada porque comprende material polimérico formado de hidrogel, fibra cortada mojable y fibra aglutinante mojable, la cual exhibe una mejor capacidad de manejo de líquido. La estructura absorbente en la cual la estructura absorbente exhibe un valor de resistencia a la tensión en estado seco que es por lo menos 50% superior al valor de resistencia a la tensión exhibido por una estructura absorbente en lo demás esencialmente idéntica pero sin fibra aglutinante mojable en estado seco, y en la cual la estructura absorbente exhibe un valor de resistencia a la tensión en condiciones de saturación liquida de 100% que es por lo menos 50% superior al valor de resistencia a la tensión exhibido por una estructura absorbente en lo demás esencialmente idéntica pero sin fibra aglutinante mojable en condiciones de saturación liquida de 100%.
