Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en dispositivos valvulares, para depósitos lavadores de artefactos sanitarios en general; del tipo que comprende un cuerpo principal conformante de una caja la cual tiene por entrada de líquido, a un acople lateral conectable con la boca de alimentación de agua al depósito, y por salida a una boca inferir que se prolonga con un tubo canalizador del mismo líquido y termina en las adyacencias del fondo correspondiente al mismo depósito; en dicho cuerpo, se articula una palanca de primer género, que tiene por brazo de potencia a una varilla conectada a un flotante, mientras que la resistencia de dicha palanca conforma el miembro de empuje variable de un émbolo que, encauzado deslizantemente frente a la entrada de líquido a la caja termina conformando un obturador valvular de dicha entrada; caracterizadas porque entre el émbolo y la boca de entrada resulta conformado un estrecho receptáculo en el que tiene su calce un elastómero discoidal de quita y pon, que constituye una junta hermetizante de la posición de cierre; y dicho receptáculo, por una parte conforma una boquilla de acople con el tubo de descarga, mientras que por otra conforma una entrada de acceso a dicha junta, cerrable por una tapa. La figura 1 muestra una vista en perspectiva del dispositivo valvular visto exteriormente, mostrando su formato compacto y la presencia de la tapa de acceso al cierre valvular propiamente dicho.The present invention refers to improvements in valve devices, for washing tanks of sanitary ware in general; of the type that comprises a main body that forms a box which has, as a liquid inlet, a lateral coupling connectable with the water supply mouth to the tank, and as an outlet to an inferred mouth that is prolonged with a channeling tube thereof liquid and ends in the vicinity of the bottom corresponding to the same tank; in said body, a lever of the first kind is articulated, whose power arm is a rod connected to a float, while the resistance of said lever forms the variable thrust member of a plunger that, slidably channeled in front of the inlet of liquid to the box ends up forming a valve shutter of said inlet; characterized in that a narrow receptacle is formed between the plunger and the inlet mouth in which a removable discoidal elastomer has its fit, constituting a sealing gasket for the closed position; and said receptacle, on the one hand, forms a coupling nozzle with the discharge tube, while, on the other, it forms an inlet for access to said joint, which can be closed by a cover. Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the valve device seen from the outside, showing its compact format and the presence of the access cover to the valve closure itself.
