Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de compuesos de la fórmula general (I) (figura 1) en donde a representa el grupo (a) o (b) de la figura 2; R1 representa carbamoilo, entre otras posibilidades; R2 representa pirrolidino, entre otras posibilidades; R4 representa benciloxilo, entre otras posibilidades; y sus sales farmaceuticamente aceptables. Como ejemplo no limitante del compuesto preparado por el procedimiento de la invención: N2-[(R)-[hidroxicarbamoilmetil]-4-metilvaleril]-N1, 3-dimetil-L-valinamida. El compuesto se emplea en el control o prevención de enfermedades de la articulaciones degenerativas o para el tratamiento de tumores invasivos, aterosclerosis o esclerosis múltiple.A process for the preparation of compounds of the general formula (I) (figure 1) wherein a represents group (a) or (b) of figure 2; R1 represents carbamoyl, among other possibilities; R2 represents pyrrolidino, among other possibilities; R4 represents benzyloxy, among other possibilities; and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. As a non-limiting example of the compound prepared by the process of the invention: N2 - [(R) - [hydroxycarbamoylmethyl] -4-methylvaleryl] -N1,3-dimethyl-L-valinamide. The compound is used in the control or prevention of degenerative joint diseases or for the treatment of invasive tumors, atherosclerosis or multiple sclerosis.
