Be it known that we, CHARLES T. MEYER and VICTOR E. MEYER, of Bergen, county of Hudson, State of New Jersey, haveoriginated and designed a new Pattern for Floor Oil- Cloths, Carpets, or other Fabrics, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying specimens or drawings, making part of this specification, and marked or designated as No. 221, which fully represent said design, and are sufcient, without further aid, to enable any person skilled in the art to repeat it for practical use.
