To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, CHARLES T. MEYER and VICTOR. E. MEYER, of Bergen, county of Hudson, State of New Jersey, have originated and designed a new Pattern for Floor Oil- Cloths, Carp ti, or other fabrics, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being; bad to the accompanying speci mens or drawings making part of this specification, and marked or designated as No. 820, which fully represent said design, and are sufiicient, without further aid, to enable any person skilled in the art to repeat it for practical use.
