DESIGN FOR A SHOE Jacob Fishman, Brooklyn, N .Y., assignor to David N. Borkum, Brookline, Mass.

Be it known that I, Jacob Fishman, a citizen of the United States, residing in Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a view in side elevation of a shoe showing my new design, the vamp and forward portion of the sole being shown in full lines and the outline of the heel and upper quarter being conventional and shown in dotted lines; and

Figure 2 is a plan view of that part of the shoe shown in full lines in Figure 1.

The dominant features of my design consist of two broad straps commencing from the arch portion of the sole and crossing each other above the toe, to be connected to the sole adjacent the toe, and a plurality of relatively narrow straps on each side separated from each other by substantially rectangular openings and said straps extending from the sole to the broad straps.

The ornamental design for a shoe, substantially as shown and described.
