Be it known that we, CHARLES T. MEYER and VICTOR E. MEYER, of Bergen, county of Hudson, Starte of' New Jersey, have originated and designed a new Pattern for Floor Oil- Cloths, Carpets, 0l' other fabrics, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference heilig had to the accompany-v ing specimens or drawings, making part of this specification, and marked or designated as No. 827, which fully represent said design, and are sufficient, without further eid, to enable any person skilled in the art to repeat it for practical use.
