PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHOE Application July 12, 1934, Serial No. 52,547

Term of patent 3 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Albert F. Bancroft, a citizen of the United States, residing at Newton, in the county of Middiesex and State of have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a Dart thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a plan view of a shoe showing my new design, and

Fig. 2 is a view of the shoe in side elevation, in both views the outline of the shoe being conventional and shown in dot and dash lines.

The ornamental eflfect of my design resides in the following features, viz., a small triangular foxing overlying the vamp with its apex extending toward the tip and its base adjacent to the edge of the throat of the vamp, and a continuous and conspicuous seam extending from said triangular toxin outwardly on both sides, then rearwardly and outwardly in diverging relation to the upper margin of the vamp and in a reverse curve to the sole on both sides of the shoe.

The ornamental design for a shoe substantially as shown and described.
