Be it known that we, CHARLES T. MEYER and VICTOR E. MEYER, of Bergen, county of Hudson, State of New Jersey, have originated and designed a new Pattern for Floor Oil- Oloths, Carpets, or other fabrics, of which the following is a full, Cl8i1l,21ll(1 exact description, reference being had to the accompanying specimens or drawings, hulking part of this specification, and marked or designated as No. 214, which fully represent said design, and are sufficient, without further aid, to enable any person skilled in the art to repeat it for practical use.

The colors employed for the different portions of this design may be varied to suit the CHAS. T. MEYER. VICTOR E. MEYER.
