Be it known that I, HENRY HORAN, ot' East Orange, Essex county, and State of New Jerser, have invented or produced a new und original Design for a Pattern to he InWrought into Ing-rein and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs accompanying this specification, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawings or photographs herewith; and I do hereby deelzue that the drawings accompanying this specification do give nud convey to any one skilled in the art of Carpet-weaving e defined and thorough (leseription of the nature of my invention, and are suteient to enable any one skilled in the art of earpetweeviug to use my invention.

The configuration ot' the design hereunto annexed, when applied to earpeting, in the forni similar to the drawings or photographs accompanying this specification.
