Be it known that I, ROBERT ALLAN, of the cit-y of Yonkers, county of Westchester and State of New York, have invented' or produced a new and original Design for a Pattern to he Inwrought into Ingrain and other Oarpeting, in col-ors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs accompanying this specication, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawings or photographs herewith; and I do herebyr declare that the drawings accompanying this specification do give and convey to any one skilled in the art of carpet-weaving
