Be it known that I, FRANK COLLINS, a citi- Zen of the United States, residing in New York, in'the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Lamp Base, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a plan View of a lamp base showing my new design, and

-Figure 2 is a side elevation thereof, a fragment of the lamp standard being illustrated to indicate the use of the article.
