DESIGN FOR MOUTH-PIECE FOR PIPES.

Specification forming part of Design No. 7,449, dated May 19, 1574; application filed April 6, 1574. [Term of Patent 3% years] To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, WILLIAM Diann'rn, of New York city, in the count}; of New York and State of New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in a Design for Mouth-Pieces for Pipes; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it pertains to make and useit, reference being had to the accompanying drawin gs, which form part of this specification.

The nature of my design relates to a new and ornzuneutnl form for the mouth-pieces for pipes, as will be more fully described below.

The accompanying drawing represents my invention.

a represents a mouth-piece for tobaccopipes, having formed on its lower end the screw-threml b, by which it is attached to the stem or bowl. Just above this screw is formed a shoulder, c, which is joined by the neck (I to the ball or enlarged form 0. The stem (1 has its lower end slightly enlarged at 2', as if to fit over the top of this ball 0 like a cup.

Having thus described my invention, what I claim is- A design for mouth-pieces for pipes, consisting of the stem (I, enlarged at a, the ball or enlarged form r, and shoulder c, substantially as shown and described.
