To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, JOEL CHENEY l/VELLS, a citizen of the United States, residing at Houthbridg'e, in the county of Vorcester and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new and original ornamental Design for a Lens Strap, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawings, forming apart thereof.
Figure 1 is a. front elevation of a lens strap showing the new design,
Figure 2 is an end elevation of a lens strap of my new design, and
Figure 3 is a side plan View thereof.
Manufacturers, such as The American Optical Company, the assignee of this patent, make end pieces separate and distinct from the complete frame, enabling Serial No. 6,229.
Opticians to repair spectacles. In manufacturing' the lens strap as disclosed, it is preferably made of metal or such material as is susceptible to a highly polished surface, and since the strap has reflecting faces or facets,
