DESIGN FOR A NOVELTY GAME DEVICE,

Specification for Design.

Application led October 29, 1921. Serial No. 511,531. Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ROBERT CALDER STmKER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Novelty Game Device, of-which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

The drawing illustrates a perspective view of the device showing the same as it appears mounted and ready for operation.

The device consists of a member mounted to rotate upon a vertical axis, said member having a series of numbers arranged in a row circumferentially thereof, and having associated therewith a stationary pointer for indicating some one of the numbers when the member comes to rest after having been rotated.

An essential characteristic of the design consists in mounting the rotating member so that its axis of rotation is vertical, and in providing an enclosing frame enclosing and supporting the member.

And a further essential characteristic of the design consists in so shaping the rotating member that it is made to resemble an ordinary wooden top of the type as clearly shown in the drawing.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a novelt game device, as herein shown and describe ROBERT CALDER STRIKER.
