hicle tire and consists of five circumferential hands, a center raised circumferential band provided with raised diagonal strips thereon, two circumferential bands provided with raised star designs and two circumferential bands of contrasting color.
The said design is impressed and painted upon the outer surface of pneumatic tire shoes or of single tube tires.
