DESIGN FOR A JELLY-GLASS.

The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the same.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I. WILLIAM M. Kmcnnnn, of Pittsburg, in the county of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new and useful improvement in Design for J elly-Glass; and I do hereby declare the following to be a. full, clear, and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying dmwings forming part of this specification, in which- Figure 1 is a perspective view of a jelly-glass made after my improved design, and

Figure 2 is it like view, with the cap.

My design consists in a jelly-glass, having 21. septanguinrly-shnped mouth and a. septztngulztriy-shoped cap or cover, with iinnged edges, to tit onto the mouth.

Around the mouth of the glass at is a. head, I), either continuous and unbroken or broken at intervals.

The cap 0 is of like shape, so as to fit onto the mouth of the glass (1.

The edges of four sides of the cap care folded down and under so :is to lit around the bend b, as at c, and

the edges of the other three sides are bent down at little so that it requires but a slight pressure to spring them over the head, as at c".

The cap 0 slides onto the mouth of the glass, the folded sides 0' fitting against the head I) on four sides, and the sides a" slipping over the bend on the three other sides.

That I claim as my improved design, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

1. A design for a jelly-glass, having a scptnngularlyshaped mouth, as described and shown.

2. A design for n septangularly-shztped cztp for a. scpt'ziugularly shnped jelly-glass, as described and shown.
