DESIGN FOR A BADGE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Desi n N6. 35,492, data neember To aZZ whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, VIRGINIA OABELL RUG- GLES, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Milwaukee, WVisconsin, have invented and produced a new and original Design for 2. Badge, of which the following is a specification.
My design for a badge is fully shown in the accompanying drawing, which represents a face View of the badge.
The essential feature of the design is the circular medallion having a scroll thereon. The medallion is suspended from the talons of an eagle.
A is the medallion, having a deep border a. On the medallion is the representation of a scroll b, and surrounding the medallion is a chain B.
Application filed November 21,1901. Serial No. 88,194. Terin of patent I4 years.
D is the representation of an eagle with out spread wings, and from the talons of this 20 eagle is suspended the medallion, the talons engaging the chain. In the beak of the eagle is a ribbon at in the form of a scroll.
I claim- The design for a badge as herein described 25 and as shown in the accompanying drawing.
