DESIGN FOR A TRADE-MARK.

To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, B. B. WILGOX, of New Haven, in the county of New Haven, and State of Connecticut, have invented a new Design for a Trade-Mark; andi do hereby declare the following, when taken in connection with the accompanying drawing, and the letters of reference marked thereon, to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, and which said drawing oonstitutes part of this specification, and represents a side View of the scale, with the design for trade-mark upon the same.

This invention relates to a design for a trademark for weighing-scales, and the following is a full description of the said design.

A female figure, blindfolded, and represented as standing upon the earth, holds in one hand a balance, and points with the other hand to a scale standing near her, which said soale is a representation ofthe soale to which the trade-mark is proposed to be attached.

Having fully described my invention,
