DESIGN FOR A LAM P-FIXTURE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 32,572, dated April 24, 1900. K Application filed February 19, 1900. Serial No. 5,853. Term of patent '7 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, JOSEPH H. TALBOT MARTIN, a citizen ofthe United States, and a resident of Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Lamp- Fixture, of which the following is a specifica- `tion.
In the accompanying drawing the figure is a side View of a lamp-xture embodying -my design.
A lamp-fixture of my design comprises a snbstantially-spherical reservoirA,ontWardly and upwardly extending members A', the upper ends of which are bent inwardly toward each other, ornamental braces or brackets A2, which connect the reservoir A and the inembers A', and scrollwork A3, which extends upwardly from and connects the members A adjacent to their free ends. The brackets A2 consist of scrolls, elements of Which are disposed to form the character shown at a. The scroll A3 consists of two downWardly-diverg-v ing sections, elements of each of which are disposed to form the character shown at a. At its upper end the scroll A3 forms a ring or loop, Within which is the character shown at a2.
The design for a 1am p-ixture, substantially as herein shown and described.
