SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,561, dated August 24, 1897.

Application filed February 18, 1897. Serial No. 624,058. Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that I, JAMES S. BACh, a subject of the Queen of Great Britain, residing in Ottawa, in the Province of Ontario and Dominion of Canada, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Guitar- Body, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

The leading feature of my design consists in a longitudinal central swell in the top of the instrument and a bar having a correspondingly-eurved base mounted on it.
