DESIGN FOR A PRESSER-BAR.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,882, dated August 4:, 1896.
Application filed March 6,1896. Serial No. 582,145. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whont it may concern:
Be it known that I, SELLMAR M. J ACOBY, of the City and county of New York, in the State of New York, have invented and produced a new and originalDesig'n for a Presser- Bar for Fur-Sewing Machines, of which the following is a specification, reference being` had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
The essential features of my design consist in a presser-bar for fur-sewing' machines presenting` a U Shape when viewed in side elevation and a U Shape when Viewed in top plan, one of the branches of the U-shaped bar being extended at its free end in three different directions snbstantiaily at right angles to one another.
The portions of the bar which form the branehes of the U are denoted by A and O. The portion of the bar which forms the bight of the U is denoted by B, and the extensions at the free end of one of the branches at substantially right angles to one another are denoted by B', B2, and O.
In the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 is a View of the presser-bar in perspective. Fig. 2 is a view in side elevation. Fig. 3 is a view in front elevation, and Fig. 4 is a plan view.
What I claim is- The design for a presser-bar for fur-sewing' machines, substantially as shown and described.
