FIGURE 5 is a plan view showing the bottom of the flashlight; and

FIGURE 6 is an elevational view showing the rear of the flashlight.

The characteristic feature of my design resides in the simulated 00d paneling on the bottom of the flashlight in combination with the configuration of the flashlight handle and head.
