SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,211, dated December 8, 1891.

To all whom, it may concern.-

Be it known that we, CHARLES T. MEYER and VICTOR E. MEYER, of Jersey City, county of Hudson, State of New Jersey, have originated and designed a new Pattern for Floor Oil-Cloths, Carpets, or other Fabrics, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, making part of this specification, and which fully represents said de sign, and is snflicient, without further aid, to enable any person skilled in the art to repeat it for practical use.

The colors employed for the diiierent portions of this design may be varied to suit the 15 convenience or taste of the manufacturer.

What we claim as our invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-- The design or pattern for floor oil-cloths, carpets, or other fabrics, as shown.
