SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,209, dated December 8, 1891.

Application filed November 7, 1891. Serial No. 411,216. Term of patent 3% years.

To all whom, it may concern:

Be it known that we, CHARLES T. MEYER and VICTOR E. MEYER, of Jersey City, county of Hudson, State of New Jersey, have originated and designed a new Pattern for Floor Oil-Cloths, Carpets,0r other Fabrics, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, making part of this specifieation, which fully represents said design, and is sufficient, without further aid, to enable any person skilled in the art to repeat it for practical use.

The colors employed for the different portions of this design may be varied to suit the convenience or taste of the manufacturer.

What we claim as our invention,and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The design or pattern for floor oil-cloths, carpets, or other fabrics, as shown.
