FIG. 2 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an end view of the handle end thereof;

FIG. 4 is an end view of the blade end thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a fragmentary plan view of the handle end thereof showing the blades in open position.

The essential features of the design reside in the portions shown in solid lines, the conventional blades and scissors illustrated in broken lines .are shown in closed position in FIGS. 1' and 2 and in open position in FIG. 5. The bottom and opposite side of the combination letter opener and knife are substantially identical to the top and side illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, respectively.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a combination letter opener and knife or the like, substantially as shown and described.
