The base mounting plate, reservoir, actuating handle and release v-alve knob are all shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only.

The actuating handle is shown broken away in FIG. 1 and is shown fragmentarily in FIGS. 2 and 3 for convenience of illustration.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a hand pump, substantially as shown and described.
