GEORGE RAAB, OF CLEVELAND, OHIO.
DESIGN FOR A QUILTlNG FABRIC.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 19,848, dated May 2'?, 1890. Application filed April 17, 1890. Serial No. 348,427. Term of patent 3% years.
To a/ZZ whom it may concern.-
Be it known that l, GEORGE RAAB, a eitizen of the United States, residing at Cleveland, in the eountyof Cuyahoga and State of Oliio,ha.ve invented and produced a new and original Design for Quilting Fabric, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the aeoompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

My design consists of a quilted pattern representing a fuchsia-vine in a state of eflorescenee and butterlies reveling among the flowers, or of a series of suoli figures if the pattern be of large size; and the corner-pieces, to render them more full and beautiful, have on the inner side thereof a quilted figure representing a bird in the attitude of flying. The fabric thus quilted presents a beautiful appearance, and is designed more especially for lining for ladies eloaks or other garments.
What l claim is# The design for a pattern for quilting fabric herein show'n and described, and consisting of quilted igures representing, respectively, a flowering fuchsia-vine, butterllies, and a bird in the attitude of flying.
