Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D33-8) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Cyril Kruger, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Necktie Rack, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a necktie rack, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and

Fig. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view thereof, taken on the line 4-4 of Fig. 3.

In Figs. 1, 2 and 3, the hooks on one side of the necktie rack are swung out in position for use.

I claim: The ornamental design for a necktie rack, as shown and described.
