I claim:

The ornamental design for an electric lamp base, substantially as shown and described.

Be it known that I, David Horowitz, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Electric Lamp Base, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
