Be it known that I, Emil Bertolozzi, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Chicago, State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Base for Table Lamps, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a front perspective view of a base for table lamps, showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof.
